The Global Travel & Tourism Partnership South Africa (GTTP SA) is a member of the prestigious Global Travel & Tourism Partnership (GTTP). The aim of the (GTTP SA) is to provide a high quality service which enables teachers to deliver the academic and vocational curriculum relating to travel, tourism and hospitality more effectively, and excite more students into careers in these industries. GTTP SA is supported by the American Express Philanthropic Programme and other GTTP global partners

Formerly known as the Travel & Tourism Programme, GTTP SA aims to be a major source of support, resources and training for hospitality, travel and tourism courses in SA schools and colleges

GTTP SA is managed by Kundiza Training and Consulting, an organisation that specialises in training and consulting to the Tourism and Hospitality industries.  This enables it to provide members and non members with a range of services and products such as useful information and materials on a range of websites, educational resources, events, case studies, learning activities and updates on Tourism and Hospitality industry and education developments.

Many of these services and products are available to everyone interested in Tourism and Hospitality education so check out the various sections of this website such as the student competitions in the Student Zone or the educational resources in the Teachers’ Zone

Welcome To GTTP South Africa

 

                                 

 

 The GTTP SA enjoys the support and endorsement of South African Tourism, the National Department of Tourism and FEDHASA.

The GTTP SA is managed by Kundiza Training and Consulting.  

The name stems from the SiSwati verb, ku-ndiza, which means ‘to fly”.  Kundiza aims to empower its clients and beneficiaries ‘to fly’ through its range of excellent training programmes and its consultancy services.  Kundiza Training and Consulting CC was established in 2008 to provide training and consulting services toward, but not restricted to, the tourism, hospitality and related industries.  Kundiza is the culmination of over 20 years of experience in developing, delivering and managing human resources development activities in these industries.

The GTTP SA is one of twelve member countries of the GTTP
