The GTTP SA is a member of the Global Travel & Tourism Partnership (GTTP) based in the United States
The mission of the GTTP is to develop students’ appreciation of this dynamic industry, both as consumers and as potential employees. The GTTP also aims to broaden students’ understanding of tourism’s cultural implications and its impacts on their communities and around the world
There are currently twelve member countries of GTTP. National partners offer a unique educational experience to secondary school students at a time when they are making decisions about career choices, along with the assistance and support of their parents and their teachers.
This unique education-business collaboration is endorsed by the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC), and supported by leading international companies including: Amadeus, American Express, Hertz, HRG, Lufthansa and Starwood. Their representatives form the GTTP’s Advisory Board
