Lisa Gordon-Davis is the owner and Managing Director of Kundiza Training and Consulting, the managing agent for the GTTP SA.  Lisa is well known to many teachers from her former role as the CEO of the South African Tourism Authority (SATI) that funded many teacher training events and resources from 2002 – 2005.  Lisa was on the team that wrote the NCS Hospitality Studies, and has written 20 books for schools, colleges and universities on different hospitality topics.  She has run many training events in support of both the NCS and NC(V) curricula.

Lisa is passionate about helping teachers to have a wonderful and exciting time in the classroom!

She believes in the value of education, having personally invested 14 years in post school studies, including a Master’s degree from Wits Business School.  Lisa loves nature and the environment, is a very enthusiastic and well-travelled tourist, both in South Africa and abroad.  She also loves food and cooking and is a member of the South African Chefs Association.
