Teacher Training Workshops:

• GTTP has trained more than 900 Tourism Teachers since its inception in 1996.
• We works in partnership with the Provincial Education Departments to organise and deliver these workshops.
• Business has also played a pivotal role by delivering guest lectures on a variety of topics at the workshops, distributing resources and inviting teachers into their businesses on site visits.
• Tourism teachers are trained on both subject specific knowledge as well as on the methodology needed to deliver tourism effectively in the classroom
